Maqam for Dancers Intensive — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and participation in Maqam for Dancers Intensive (the “Program”), created and facilitated by Maya Youssef (“Facilitator,” “Maya,” “we/us”). By enrolling, you (“Student,” “Participant,” “you”) agree to all terms below.
1) What You Receive
By enrolling in the Program, you receive access to the live sessions, recordings, community, and bonuses as described on the official Maqam for Dancers Intensive sales page at the time of purchase.
- Access to live/mentored components is limited to the 2-month program window (October 14 – December 15, 2025).
- Access to recordings and study materials is provided via the membership area.
- “Lifetime access,” where stated, means you will retain access for as long as the resource or program is actively offered and maintained by Maya Youssef.
- Maya may update or retire materials with reasonable notice in order to improve the participant experience.
2) Fees & Payment
The Program fee and available payment plans are detailed on the official sales page. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full Program fee in the format you select at checkout (pay-in-full or payment plan).
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full. Missed or late payments may result in temporary suspension of access until your account is current.
All fees are non-refundable.
3) Your Responsibility
This is an experiential, practice-driven program. Your progress depends on your engagement. You agree to:
- Attend live sessions or watch replays; complete suggested practice/action steps.
- Ask for help when needed.
- Take full responsibility for your learning and results.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the Program and legal action, if necessary.
4) Intellectual Property & No-Teaching Rule
All Program materials — including videos, audio, PDFs, slides, diagrams, frameworks, methods, feedback, and live session content — are the copyrighted intellectual property of Maya Youssef (and in the process of being trademarked).
You agree that:
- The material is for your personal learning and embodiment only.
- You may not teach, re-teach, copy, share, upload, sell, translate, adapt, or repurpose Program content in any format, whether free or paid, without prior written permission from Maya.
- You may not use Maya’s frameworks, phrases, models, or method names in your own workshops, classes, or materials.
- You may not present content in the community as lessons/teach-backs. Reflections and takeaways only.
Why this boundary exists:
✨ What you’ll learn is an entry point to a deep, nuanced system; teaching it without full training risks confusion and misrepresentation.
✨ This work is protected intellectual property, currently undergoing trademark processes.
✨ The Program is about your embodiment — your ears, body, and connection — not about shifting into “teacher mode.”
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the Program (without refund) and, if necessary, legal action.
5) Results Disclaimer
Results vary and depend on your effort and consistency. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Testimonials illustrate what is possible but are not promises of your individual results.
6) Legal Safeguards
You agree to indemnify Maya Youssef and team from any loss/claim arising from your participation.
This Program does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
Maya is not liable for how you use the material, nor for other participants’ actions.

- Acknowledge your responsibilities and Maya’s rights.
