Maqam for Dancers Intensive — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and participation in Maqam for Dancers Integration (the “Program”), a six-month live integration program created and facilitated by Maya Youssef (“Facilitator,” “Maya,” “we/us”).
By enrolling, you (“Student,” “Participant,” “you”) agree to all terms below.
1) What You Receive
By enrolling in the Program, you receive access to the live sessions, recordings, community, and any supporting materials as described on the official Maqam for Dancers Integration sales page at the time of purchase.
- Access to live and mentored components is provided for the six-month duration of the Program, as communicated at enrollment.
- All access to the Maqam for Dancers Integration Program — including recordings, materials, and community spaces — will automatically expire two (2) months after the end of the six-month program period on 14th September 2026.
- This Program does not include lifetime access. No extensions, renewals, or continued access are implied or guaranteed.
- Maya may update, modify, or retire materials during the Program to improve the participant experience.
2) Fees & Payment
The Program fee and available payment plans are detailed on the official sales page.
By enrolling, you agree to pay the full Program fee in the format you select at checkout (pay-in-full or payment plan).
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full. Missed or late payments may result in temporary suspension of access until your account is current.
All fees are non-refundable, including in cases of non-attendance, early withdrawal, or incomplete participation.
3) Your Responsibility
This is an experiential, integration-focused program. Your progress depends on your engagement.
You agree to:
- Attend live sessions or watch replays within the Program timeframe.
- Complete suggested practices or integration steps.
- Ask for help when needed.
- Take full responsibility for your learning, embodiment, and results.
Failure to engage respectfully or consistently may result in removal from the Program.
4) Intellectual Property & No-Teaching Rule
All Program materials — including videos, audio, PDFs, slides, diagrams, frameworks, methods, feedback, language, and live session content — are the copyrighted intellectual property of Maya Youssef (and in the process of being trademarked).
Why this boundary exists:
✨ What you’ll learn is part of a deep, nuanced system; teaching it without full training risks confusion and misrepresentation.
✨ This work is protected intellectual property.
✨ The Program is about embodiment and integration — not stepping into a teaching role.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and, if necessary, legal action.
5) Results Disclaimer
Results vary and depend on your effort, consistency, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Testimonials and examples illustrate what is possible but are not promises of individual results.
6) Legal Safeguards
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maya Youssef and her team from any loss, claim, or liability arising from your participation in the Program.
This Program does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
Maya is not liable for how you apply the material or for the actions of other participants.
7) Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in those courts.
8) Agreement
By submitting payment and joining the Program, you confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Acknowledge your responsibilities and Maya’s rights.
